    Superb

The owners were very accomodating & hospitable. It felt like being home away from home. There was a beautiful view from the common terrace.

It was a little too close to the market, so early in the morning there was quite a bit of commotion outdoors.

very clean rooms. comfortable. great location and view. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Service was great! I broke my key off in the door and within an hour, we had a new one!

    Superb

The place is new and it extremely nice. The room was big, everything was new and every detail was very tasteful. Excelent breakfast (in quantity and quality). The bathroom was shared but extremely nice too, and very big. The staff (the owner) was very friendly and nice. The location is good too, not very centric but close to the Piazza San Marco; very close to the Ponte di Rialto, near the fish and fruit market. It has a very nice kitchen you can use to make yourself a coffee or whatever you want, you can even take some wine or other more expensive sutff with a trust based system, you just leave the ammount of money that you think is fair in a can when you take something. You can have the breakfast in a very nice dinning room.

I would say nothing if we hadn't some problems communicating with the staff. The problem is, the B&B is like a house attended just by it's owner, and when she leave the house, there is nobody there. When we arrived there was nobody there and we had to wait a fair ammount of time, which was really upsetting. In case you have the same problem, you can find a public payphone in the Rialto station to call the owner (Adriana if I remember correclty). It took us a lot of time to find a way to get in touch with her. I hope they can solve this problem soon, as it probly one of the nicest places I've ever been.

Warm welcome of the owner. The room (junior suite). Location is excellent for sight seeing.

No fresh bread, apparently italian law only allows packed food as breakfast (?)

The host/owner was very good at updating us with transport details prior to our arrival and was a very good host upon our arrival. Offered a friendly and personal service during our stay. The location was perfect as it was a short stroll to everywhere & is positioned overlooking the canal. Would be happy to stay there again.

The location of the place was wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful either.

Knowledge of English language is not good.

This is the best!! Adriana is a wonderful host of B&B Rialto and she was there to welcome us and guide us on the first day. The location of the B&B on the Grand Canal next to the Mercato can't be beat, and it provides the comfort of home with an open access kitchen and dining area. The breakfast (and cafe) are generous and available throughout the day. Best of all is to enjoy your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Grand Canal.

Adrianna was very friendly and generously accommodating, as well as giving us info on the city with options of what to do and especially where to eat! The room was exceptionally clean, and everything was as advertised - if not better. There were little breakfast foods ready for each room in the morning, and we had pretty much unlimited use of the coffee/tea makers as well as the kitchen in the event we wanted to cook - it was very homey in the best ways. The balcony overlooking the main canal is amazing, too. The place was immaculate, the staff great and the location was within short walking distance to the main sites! Perfect!!! We will be back!

I liked the hotel very much. The location was perfect. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good enough. I strongly recommend the hotel...

    Fabulous

This is b&b, but because of its manager Adriana it was really like home. Only 3 rooms in b&B. The greatest location you can imagine in Venice - opposite is Ca' Oro and next to it is city market. There is a well furnished kitchen in the b&b, so you can have everyday breakfest/dinner with the fresh and delicious fish and vegetables (we did like that and had the best dinners with the Grand Canal view on the terrace). Breakfest is included and you wouldn't be hungry. Two coffeemachines for your choice. There is a vaporetto station in two steps and the Rialto - in 5 minutes.

There is 1 room with its own bathroom and two rooms with shared bathroom (and there is only 1 toilet in that bathroom), so the best desicion to book 2 rooms with your friends or relatives. The other problem could be the great location of b&b: there is no curtains in rooms and Ca' Oro vaporetto station is opposite b&b, so you can make a great show while being watched without clothes in the window. And the last problem could be noise - almost day and night, especially of seagulls, but the greatest location makes all the troubles unimportant.

I liked very much the service, the people were very nice. The Hotel's position is very close to Ponte Rialto, but still it's a bit hiden so the crowd of people outside doesn't disturb you.

The only one thing that is uncomfortable is the only one bathroom for hole hotel. There only 4 rooms, so may be it was ok... But that's why you don't feel that free as at you own home. And of course in the morning there's a bit to wait. But anyway I heard that in Venice there's this problem everywhere, coz' there's no space to built an extra toilet.
